one bowl chicken salad

Description:

I used these Thrive Life products, 1/2 c. chicken pieces, 2 Tblsp. gr. onion, 1/4 c. chop celery, 3 Tblsp. cranberry, Best foods Mayo, 1 + Tblsp. store brand horseradish dark mustard, pinch pepper. no salt.( Variations, can also chop up apple pieces grapes, or coconut and pineapple,bell peppers. chili peppers, nuts of choice I 've used chopped cashew or sunflower.) Place items in bowl , add water to hydrate, to top of last Item let sit 10 min +- . then drain add mayo and mustard and pepper. serve on lettuce ,avacado, pasta/cold, eat out of bowl it's yummy. remember some things you may want to chop smaller I do before hydrating with water

Directions:

  1. chop Items you want smaller add to a bowl, hydrate with water 1/2 c. +- , all thrive life ingredients, let sit 10 min +-drain water, , add mayo and mustard and pepper stir well serve
  2. can serve with pasta, lettuce, avacado, hollowed whole tomato, can add nuts. it is endless , how about over rice too.
  3. make it vegan with out chicken add chopped veggies instead.
